Lactogol Granules is a combination of two medicines: Lactitol and ispaghula which relieves chronic constipation. They work by different mechanisms to absorb water into intestine and make stool soft and easier to pass.
Compositions:
(Each 15 g of granules contains:)
Lactitol Monohydrate, Ispaghula Husk, Orange Flavor and Excipient
Benefits:
Removes chronic constipation.
Directions for Use:
To make a pleasant orange high fiber drink, briskly stir one teaspoonful of lactogol into a glass of water (approx. 250 ml) and drink straight away, preferbly after meal. An additional glass of water is advisable.
Dosage:
15 grams granules (two spoonfuls) once or twice daily as directed by the physician.
